Hi everybody! I'm Natalie, a freshman majoring in journalism and Thread Magazine's new assistant fashion director. Even though this is my first semester in Thread I've already fallen in love. The Thread community is welcoming and I am delighted to be apart of it. To anyone reading this who is nervous about joining a new club, do it. I chose to join Thread because of my borderline unhealthy obsession with fashion. I would describe my personal aesthetic as a mix of downtown girl and dark academia with a dash of cottagecore. I draw inspiration from Rory Gilmore and Kat Stratford. Besides fashion, I love crocheting and listening to music. My top artists are Taylor Swift, Phoebe Bridgers and boygenius.
