Hi! My name is Nate Conklin, and I’m a senior majoring in Journalism Strategic Communication with a certificate in Social Media. I’ve been doing photography since middle school and have always loved capturing memories and bringing them to life through editing. I’ve been able to work on many diverse and captivating projects, which has shown me just how wide-ranging photography can really be. Thread means so much to me because it’s filled with incredibly creative and supportive people who constantly inspire me. Being a part of this magazine has helped me grow my skills in so many ways, and it truly feels like a second family.
